Getting Started

  • Create your free Celnoia account with your name, email, and password.
  • Build a birthday profile so friends can see your countdown, wishlist, messages, and gift options.
  • Use your public profile link when you want guests to send messages, gifts, or wishlist support.

Birthday Profiles

  • Add your birthday date, bio, interests, profile photo, and social links.
  • Choose whether your profile is public, link-only, or private.
  • Keep your profile updated before your birthday so gift ideas and event details feel personal.

Events

  • Create free or paid birthday events with guest limits, criteria, venue details, and a lock deadline.
  • Review applications, approve guests, and create invite codes for private events.
  • Paid events stay protected until the minimum guests and venue requirements are confirmed.

Wishlists And Gifts

  • Add custom wishes, referral products, or Celnoia marketplace products to your wishlist.
  • Guests can reserve public wishlist items, contribute toward eligible wishes, or buy Celnoia marketplace gifts.
  • Digital gifts and AI-powered gift options are created after checkout and linked to the celebrant experience.

Payments

  • Celnoia uses Stripe for secure card payments and checkout.
  • Event payments, wishlist contributions, digital gifts, and marketplace gifts each have their own checkout flow.
  • Payment confirmation depends on Stripe webhooks, so a completed checkout may take a short moment to appear.

Wallet And Payouts

  • Hosts and celebrants must complete Stripe Connect onboarding before withdrawing eligible funds.
  • Gift and wishlist earnings pass through a fraud buffer before becoming available.
  • Paid event funds are released through the event lock flow once the event requirements are met.

Privacy And Safety

  • Use profile visibility settings to control who can view your birthday page.
  • Report or block users if a message, event, or interaction feels unsafe.
  • Celnoia does not store raw card details; payment data is handled by Stripe.

Troubleshooting

  • If an event is not visible in the feed, confirm it is published and discoverable.
  • If payouts are blocked, revisit Payouts and finish any Stripe account requirements.
  • If a payment does not update after checkout, refresh the page and check again after a few minutes.
