Overview
What host payouts are
Host payouts allow approved hosts and celebrants to receive money collected through Celnoia for event tickets, group contributions, wishlists, and celebration experiences.
Payments are processed by Stripe, hosts complete Stripe Connect onboarding, and Celnoia does not store raw card details. Payout timing depends on event rules, fraud checks, and Stripe verification.

A payout becomes available only when the host, payment, and event state are ready.
Complete Stripe Connect verification
Hosts and celebrants complete Stripe Connect onboarding so identity, bank details, and payout eligibility can be checked securely.
Meet event lock conditions
Events must satisfy the stated rules, such as minimum participants, contribution targets, host approval, or a lock deadline.
Respect refund and cancellation rules
Refund handling follows the rules shown to guests before they join, contribute, or pay for a celebration experience.
Pass fraud and safety checks
Celnoia may delay or review payouts when payment disputes, unusual activity, or safety concerns need extra checks.
